Veterans facing mental health challenges need consistent, effective care. Traditional approaches to tracking mental health symptoms often required in-person clinic visits, consuming valuable clinician time and resources.
The Federal government needed a solution that ensured Veterans could complete standardized mental health assessments efficiently, without sacrificing the quality of care. The challenge was to design a digital tool that could integrate seamlessly into the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) existing infrastructure while adhering to strict compliance and security standards.
