Through discovery sessions, user research, and collaborative design sprints, we identified how young athletes learn, practice, and stay motivated. These insights shaped an experience that blends gamified training modules, personalized athlete profiles, and multimedia coaching content, creating a platform that elevates performance and keeps players engaged anytime, anywhere.
