Building an on-demand delivery experience from the ground up.
PockitShip needed a mobile solution capable of handling the complexity of large-item delivery. Unlike traditional courier apps, their service required capturing detailed item information, coordinating pickup and drop-off logistics, and supporting flexible scheduling — all without overwhelming the user. The challenge was to translate a multi-step, operationally heavy process into a simple, seamless mobile workflow.
